1. Virtual Credits Overview Credits are a virtual currency exclusively used on the Voidcell network ("Server"). They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not a medium of exchange outside of the Server.

2. No Real-World Value or Ownership Rights Credits do not represent personal property and are not redeemable for any real-world currency, goods, or services outside of Voidcell. You acquire only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Credits within the Server as governed by our Terms of Service.

3. All Sales Final Purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable. Voidcell is not obligated to offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including unused or lost Credits, unless otherwise required under applicable law. Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a payment will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Server.

4. Account and Credit Usage Limitations Credits may only be used in accordance with Voidcell's systems, features, and permitted in-game activities. Attempts to sell, trade, gift, or transfer Credits outside of official Voidcell channels are strictly prohibited and may result in account penalties, including bans or credit forfeiture.

5. Third-Party Services Are Not Endorsed Voidcell does not recognize or support third-party marketplaces or services that claim to facilitate the buying, selling, or trading of Credits. Use of such services is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent suspension.

6. Modification or Termination of Credit System Voidcell reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Credits system at any time without notice or liability. This includes adjusting Credit values, prices, availability, and earned or purchased balances.

7. No Warranty or Guarantee Credits are provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to your Credits or their continued availability on the Server.

8. Legal Agreement and Enforcement By playing Voidcell or purchasing Credits, you agree to comply with these terms and any other applicable terms of sale. Failure to follow these rules may result in credit loss, account suspension, or termination at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make modifications to credit balances of any user at any time without prior notice or reasoning.
